Car Detailing Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation or a reschedule! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your detailing appointment, please call us immediately. If notice is not provided more than 24 hours prior to the detail appointment, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee .

Appointments scheduled within a time frame less than 24 hours before the actual appointment can only be canceled or rescheduled with a $50 administrative fee.

If our service pros arrive at the scheduled appointment and they are not able to detail your vehicle within 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, for any reason that is not our fault, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee. For example, a locked door, no-show from a customer, etc.

If you harass, harm, or threaten the safety or well-being of our service pros, we have the authority to cancel the appointment and charge a $50 administrative fee.
All online reservations through our website and social media are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Appointments can only be canceled, scheduled or rescheduled through our website scheduling system and/or calling our office directly at 623-400-7708.
