What is the Clean Car Membership?

The Clean Car Membership is our car detailing subscription service. You get to enjoy great savings on pre-scheduled services. We will come to you monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.

No long term commitments, just subscribe and save on every detail.

What is your Clean Car Guarantee?

We stand behind every car detail we do. You will have the opportunity to inspect your car once we are done or we will send you pictures.

If for any reason you are not happy or we missed an area, we will touch up your vehicle as needed.

Do you need power or water source to clean my car?
Nope! Our Clean AZ trucks come fully equipped with both power and water, ensuring a seamless detailing experience for you. At Clean AZ Mobile Detailing, our aim is to deliver the cleanest car possible while keeping costs to a minimum for you. Your convenience is our priority.
Do I need to pay upfront to schedule a car detail?
Not at all! While we do ask our customers to provide a card on file to ensure an easy checkout experience, we won’t charge you until your car detailing appointment is successfully completed. Your satisfaction comes first, and we believe in fair and transparent billing.
Do I need to be present while you are detailing my vehicle?

Of course not! As long as your vehicle is unlocked, we we will have no problem providing our standard 5-star auto detailing services. Ideally, we would love to show you our work in person and make sure you are 100% satisfied with our detailing service. If you can not present, no worries! We will make sure to send you photos of your Clean vehicle via text.

How long does an average detail take?

On average, a standard mobile detail will take around 2-3 hours to complete. This duration may vary slightly depending on both the condition of your vehicle and the number of add-ons you have selected.

Is Clean AZ eco-friendly?
While most car washes use 65-80 gallons to wash your vehicle, we only average using 10-15 gallons of water per car. We pride ourselves on using high-quality, pH-neutral products that are safe for your family and the environment.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. In addition, we also accept Venmo and Cash.

Is mobile detailing worth the money?
If you value convenience, time-saving, personalized service, and the ability to have your vehicle cleaned at any location of your choice, mobile detailing is worth the investment.
What areas do you service?
We happily service Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Chandler Heights, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, and select parts of Phoenix. At Clean AZ Mobile Detailing, we offer premium car detailing services near you and throughout The Valley.
What is your cancelation or rescheduling policy?
We have a 24 hour cancelation/rescheduling policy. Once you have booked a car detail with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be subject to a $50 cancelation/rescheduling fee. Please refer to our Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy for more details.
What are you hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm. You can text or email us 24/7 and our staff will promptly get back to you during business hours.

Once you have booked your detail online or over the phone, we’ll make sure to send you a confirmation email and a 72-hour reminder email. On the day of your detail, our Clean Pro will text you when he is on the way. When he arrives, he will only need your keys to get started. The detailing process normally takes only 2-3 hours. Once the detailing is completed, our Clean Pro will ensure your satisfaction and provide a seamless check out.
Do you travel to the customer?
Of course! At Clean Mobile Detailing AZ, we are a fully mobile detailing service. We service areas all over The Valley including Phoenix, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Mesa, Apache Junction, Eastmark, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.
How do you detail in the extreme Arizona heat?

We know how hot it can get here in The Phoenix Valley. We make sure that all of our Clean Pros are properly hydrated and equipped to detail in the heat. This includes utilizing canopies, pressure washers, and spot-free, deionized water.

Do you detail in the rain?

Here in sunny Arizona, we normally don’t have to account for rain. If it’s raining during your scheduled detail, our goal is to provide our same standard of excellence. Rain can be a challenge for completing our exterior wash, particularly during the drying process. We may request to use your garage in order to shield your vehicle’s exterior from the rain. At Clean AZ, we prioritize customer satisfaction and we are flexible when it comes to unexpected weather conditions. In you have any questions, please call or text us at 623-400-7708.

Can I schedule seat shampooing only?
Our Optional Car Detailing Add-Ons are not a stand alone service. Each vehicle has different needs and this is why at Clean AZ we have a variety of add-ons to choose from when you are booking your Interior Detail or Interior Detail and Exterior Hand Wash.

Thanks to Cody and Connor for coming out in this heat to do an awesome interior detail. They went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. They tackled this messy kid car and made it feel brand new. I was impressed by the complimentary car seat cleaning to pick up after all those crumbs!

I cannot recommend Clean AZ enough! Deven and his assistant arrived right on time and were incredible from start to finish. They worked their absolute tails off in the brutal Phoenix heat with fantastic, positive attitudes. Our Honda Pilot had an enormous amount of stubborn dog hair embedded in it, and they went above and beyond doing everything humanly possible to eradicate every last trace.
